If you have already had your documents verified by Verify Online but have not yet received your document verification certificates, please check the following:
1) Verify Online would have emailed you with your document verification certificates attached. Please check your spam/junk folder to see if the emails are there.
2) You have not completed the verification of your documents. Please log in to your Verify Online account to ensure that you have clicked any relevant options to complete verification.
If you have not completed any document verification, please choose from the list of verification methods above.
You are required to verify your supporting documents. The following page contains our suggested methods through which to have your documents verified and it is your choice as to which service you use. We DO NOT charge for verifying your documents.

The document verification services provided by The Post Office and Verify Online may be more convenient for some applicants. These services carry a small fee which you will need to pay to either The Post Office or Verify Online if you choose to use them.
