Your ID and address must have been verified by a government approved IDSP provider before you can proceed to the next stage.

If you have already had your documents verified by Verify Online but have not yet received your document verification certificates, please check the following:

1) Verify Online would have emailed you with your document verification certificates attached. Please check your spam/junk folder to see if the emails are there.

2) You have not completed the verification of your documents. Please log in to your Verify Online account to ensure that you have clicked any relevant options to complete verification.

If you have not completed any document verification, please choose from the list of verification methods above.

The DBS state that Kosovo will appear as 'Serbia' on your DBS certificate. We understand this may not reflect the views of all of our applicants however, we are obliged to adhere to these guidelines.

In order for CRB Direct to provide you with our service, namely, conducting a DBS check, we may be required to transfer and process personal data outside of the EEA. We rely upon the processing being necessary for the performance of a contract with you.
